European Wastewater Management Conference 2026

The presentation of the iMERMAID EU project at the 2026 European Wastewater Management Conference & Exhibition marks an exciting final highlight of the project.

In this session, Marcela Permann-Doubkova presented  the technical, business, and societal perspectives on addressing Contaminants of Emerging Concern (CoECs). The talk showcased a broad range of solutions reflecting the multidisciplinary of the iMERMAID team. These spanned from monitoring and remediation solutions to go-to-market and capacity-building strategies to raise engagement and awareness in pressing CoEC problematic.
