3rd General Assembly of CODE4EV
From the 28th – 29th of April we gathered in Zaragoza for the 3rd General Assembly of CODE4EV.
The meeting brought together all project partners to review progress across work packages, exchange insights, and strengthen collaboration. A key focus was on the ongoing implementation and further advancement of our use cases, ensuring we continue to move from concept to impact. Through constructive and engaging discussions, we aligned on upcoming priorities and defined the next steps toward achieving our shared objectives.
As Work Package Leader, we at Armengaud Innovate, especially Sabrina Jörgler, were responsible for presenting the current status and upcoming activities in the area of Communication, Dissemination, and Exploitation (CDE). We provided a concise overview of the project objectives and reflected on the progress achieved so far. Highlighting key successes, areas where we are on track, and aspects where further input from project partners is required.
In addition, we introduced our approach to the project’s exploitation strategy, outlining its growing importance and emphasizing that it will be a key focus of the upcoming WP8 workshop in May. This marks a shift in our work package towards a stronger focus on impact creation and value generation.
We also shared an update on our communication performance, presenting the latest LinkedIn and website metrics. As a highlight, we offered a first glimpse of the new project website.
Finally, we addressed upcoming activities, including the preparation of an online deep-dive session with the Industrial Advisory Board, where both the structure and content were jointly defined. The presentation concluded with an update on current conference participation and ongoing paper preparations.
Beyond the technical sessions, the assembly provided a valuable opportunity to reconnect in person and reinforce the strong partnership that drives this project forward. A highlight was the guided tour through Zaragoza’s city centre, offering cultural insights and moments of informal exchange that further enriched the experience.
We look forward to continuing our collaboration and meeting again this autumn for the next General Assembly.
